Registration for the 2019-2020 school year is now open. Greater Clark County Schools utilizes the program InfoSnap for online registration to ease the completion and submission of forms that are required to register.
Greater Clark County Schools is a Ford Next Generation Learning district, providing small learning communities of students and teachers in the Academies of Greater Clark that enable students to explore areas of interest; find their passion; and develop their critical thinking, creativity, communication and collaboration skills. Students enrolled in Greater Clark County Schools receive a foundation of PRIDE© and work ethic skills on which to build academic achievement and career/experiential learning.
The district offers a one-to-one computer initiative for grades 3-12, a nationally recognized Advanced Placement program, and a fully funded ACT college testing program. 98% of our students are accepted to a post-secondary opportunity! Our 2018 graduates earned 12,061 dual credits, which equates to approximately $1.7 million in college tuition savings, and were awarded $10.3 million in scholarships.
Current students will need a password, also known as a Snapcode, to register online. Parents/guardians should have received a letter around Spring Break with their child’s snapcode. You can also access the snapcode in the Power School Parent Portal/Student Portal by selecting “Account Preferences.” The snapcode will be displayed directly under “Account Preferences” once selected.
If you are a resident of Indiana, but not a resident of Clark County, then please contact the Administration Building at (812) 283-0701 for a 2019-20 Transfer Request after you complete the registration process. Kentucky residents, please follow the same process. Transfer requests will be processed by the school Principal and respective Assistant Superintendent. ***Utica Elementary does not accept in-district or out-of-district transfers.
