Registration for the 2024-25 school year is now open!

To register for Kindergarten – 12th grade, click the link below. Current students will need a password, known as a snapcode, to register online. You can access your child’s snapcode by logging into your PowerSchool Parent Portal account. (Log in to the Parent Portal and there will be a menu bar to the left. Click on the “snapcode” icon at the top.”

2024-25 NEW Student Registration

For students brand new to Greater Clark, in grades Kindergarten-12, please click the link below to register.

2024-25 Virtual Academy

Greater Clark County Schools is offering a Virtual Academy for the 2024-25 school year for Indiana students entering grades 9-12.

Registration for all students opens Monday, April 1st at 8:00 a.m. via the InfoSnap online portal. If you are a returning student and did not receive a snapcode letter or have any snapcode issues, please email wgallagher@gccschools.com.

Parents interested in enrolling their student(s) in the Greater Clark Virtual Academy (GCVA) must complete the online registration process prior to applying for the virtual academy. Current GCVA students must complete the InfoSnap registration process indicating their traditional home school. Once the online registration has been completed, parents will need to fill out the GCVA Request for Enrollment in order to be considered for acceptance into the virtual academy.

Frequently Asked Questions

Parents can apply for an Inter-Corporation Transfer.  You will need to register your child at their “home” school and fill out a Transfer form. The receiving school will notify you if they have room for your child.  If a transfer is granted, transportation will be the responsibility of the parent/guardian.  Parents can obtain the Inter-Corporation Transfer Form from your home school.

Yes, all registration is done online.  If you don’t have access to a computer, or you need help with the registration process, you can contact your child’s school to schedule an appointment.

All new middle and high schools students need to make an appointment with the school counselor after completing the online registration forms.  Returning students need to make an appointment only if they are needing a schedule change.

Parents are encouraged to complete the Application for Lunch Assistance in order to qualify for additional benefits and scholarships.  You can access the online Lunch and Other Assistance Application site at https://www.nlappscloud.com/ to complete an online application. Paper applications will be available at back to school events, your schools front office, or by request. If you need assistance, please contact Jeanne Hoffman x50183 in food service.

No, if your child is a returning student you must register using your Snapcode. Registering under New Student Registration will put your child in PowerSchool twice. You can login to PowerSchool or call your child’s school to receive your Snapcode. During summer break call the Administration Building at (812) 283-0701.

For returning students, you will need to complete the registration process using the Snapcode provided. You will not be able to change the school listed.  Once you have completed the registration form, you will need to call the school and inform them that your child will not be returning but needs to be transferred to the new school.
