Greater Clark County Schools’ student information system, PowerSchool, ensures data is exchanged in real time and as a result delivers the most current information available on a student. When teachers enter grades, the data is immediately available to the school, district office, and parents.
The first quarter of the 2013-14 school year will come to an end on Friday, October 4 and teachers will have all grades entered into PowerSchool by the end of the school day. Grades will be available to parents in PowerSchool Parent Portal on Tuesday, October 8. With implementation of the one-to-one computer initiative and technology available to our families of students in grades 3-12, report cards will only be available by accessing PowerSchool Parent Portal. Grades will also be posted for students in grades K-2 and a hard copy of the report card will be sent home with those students the week of October 21.
If you do not have a PowerSchool Parent Portal account, please contact your child’s school to obtain an access code and access password. A hard copy of your child’s report card can be provided for pick-up during the week of October 21 if requested by the parent.
