JHS Student Receives St. James’ Art Show Scholarship

Jeff High’s very own Kelci Bastin will receive one of the nine St. James’ Art Show’s scholarships for high school seniors. The High School Scholarship Competition is modeled after the professional jury process used for the official St. James Court Art Show.  A Jury panel of professional working artists is hired to review each portfolio.  The annual competition is open to seniors from public, private and independent high schools in Jefferson, Oldham, Shelby, Spencer and Bullitt counties in Kentucky and Clark and Floyd counties.
