School Board Approves 1:1 Computer Initiative

Jeffersonville, IN – Last evening, the Greater Clark Board of School Trustees unanimously approved the administration’s recommendation to implement a one-to-one computer initiative in the district. The three-year initiative will place a Chromebook Samsung laptop computer in the hands of every student in grades 3-12, approximately 8,000, at the start of the 2013-2014 school year. CHS Coach Hawkins Named Colts Coach of the Week

Charlestown High School’s Jason Hawkins has been named the Colts/NFL Coach of the Week, a program presented by Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield.  Hawkins was selected after his Class 3A No. 3 ranked Pirates beat previously unbeaten and No. 5 Corydon Central 47-0. Parkwood Receives $25,000 for New Playground
